What Bizznify collects, why, and who can see it. Short and plain.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email, phone number and password (stored as a hash, never as plain text).

Business data you enter: items, customers, invoices, stock, vehicles, people and so on. It belongs to you.

Messages you send us through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and your text.

Basic visit data on this website (pages viewed, device type) through Google Analytics.

Why we use it

To run the service you signed up for, to send you account emails (sign-up code, password reset, trial and plan notices), to reply to your messages, and to keep the service safe.

We do not sell your data. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for them.

Who else handles it

A secure cloud hosting provider stores your data. Your data is kept apart from other customers.

An email service provider sends our emails (sign-up codes, notices).

A bot-protection service may check that a form is filled by a person.

An analytics service measures visits to this website.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your data, and to correct anything wrong. Write to hello@bizznify.com from the email of your account.
