One delivery, start to end
Example: a diesel supplier sends 12,000 L to a customer in its own tanker.
- Order and challan / invoice. The office makes it in Bizznify; GST adds itself up.
- Dispatch. Tanker, driver and quantity are picked; the LR prints from it.
- Delivery. The received quantity is entered. 48 L short with 0.25 % allowed? The 18 L above the limit becomes a shortage to recover.
- Trip cost. Diesel, tolls and the driver's advance go on the trip. You see what the trip earned.
- Books. The invoice, stock and accounts are already updated. No second entry.
In Tally you would do step 1, then keep steps 2 to 4 in a register, Excel or a separate fleet app.

For billing, stock, accounts and your own fleet, yes. Tally still does more for pure accounting and already makes e-invoices and e-way bills; in Bizznify those are coming soon.
Can I import my Tally data into Bizznify?
Not yet. You start with your items, customers, suppliers and opening balances. Write to hello@bizznify.com if you need help.
Do I need to install Bizznify?
No. It runs in the browser, so the office, the godown and the owner at home see the same data.
Can my CA or accountant use Bizznify?
Yes. Give them their own login and a role with only the access they need.
How much does Bizznify cost?
