Software for oil and diesel suppliers who run their own tankers

Load, dispatch, deliver and bill in one place. See every litre lost on the road, who owes it, and what each tanker really earns.

Sound familiar?

You load 12,000 litres at the depot. The customer signs for 11,950. Was the 50 litres normal loss, a meter difference, or diesel that left the tanker on the way? The invoice is in one book, the trip in another, the driver's advances on paper. By month end nobody knows what each tanker really earned.

Bizznify keeps the depot stock, the tanker trip, the delivery and the invoice in one record. Every litre is counted from loading to delivery.

How a delivery works in Bizznify

  1. Dispatch / LR. Choose the customer, product and tanker. Record the loaded quantity in litres or kg; the density converts one to the other. Bizznify warns you if the tanker would be overloaded or a vehicle paper has expired.
  2. On the road. With the dispatch stock setting, the diesel moves from your depot to an In transit stock. It is not sold yet, and not lost from your books.
  3. Proof of delivery. Enter the delivered quantity. A loss within the allowed % is booked as normal transit loss. A loss above it opens a shortage case with the litres and value to recover.
  4. Invoice and money. The sale counts at delivery, the GST invoice uses the delivered quantity, and the trip shows freight, diesel, tolls and driver costs, so you see the profit per trip.

Example. Allowed loss for this customer: 0.25 %.

Loaded12,000 L
Delivered11,952 L
Transit loss48 L (0.40 %)
Allowed (0.25 %)30 L → normal transit loss
Excess, shortage case18 L × ₹ 90 = ₹ 1,620

Everything a fuel distribution business needs

Depot stock

Stock per depot and per tanker in transit. Purchases add, deliveries reduce. No separate stock register.

LR and trip manifest

Print the LR from the dispatch and a manifest for the whole trip. Share the PDF on WhatsApp.

Loss limit per product or customer

Set the allowed transit loss % per product or per customer. Only the excess is chased.

Shortage cases

Each over-limit loss becomes a case with a draft credit note, so the customer is not billed for diesel they did not get.

Driver money

Advances, diesel and trip expenses per driver. The settlement shows who owes whom; once approved it is locked.

Tanker papers and service

Insurance, fitness, permit and PUC dates with expiry alerts. Fuel and service logs; a tanker in the workshop is marked.

Invoices

Diesel is outside GST, so it is billed without GST. Lubricants and other items get CGST + SGST or IGST from the place of supply. Accounts post by themselves.

Roles for depot and office

Depot staff load and dispatch; the office bills and settles. Cost and profit can be hidden from staff.

Today's alerts

Home shows deliveries waiting for proof, open shortage cases, driver balances and tankers overdue in the workshop.

Coming soon

E-way bill from Bizznify. The invoice, the tanker number and the LR are already in Bizznify, so you will not type them again on the e-way bill portal.

Also coming soon: e-invoice.

Built for traders who own their fleet

Most billing software stops at the invoice. Most fleet software does not know what was in the tanker. Bizznify is made for the business that does both: buys fuel, stores it, carries it in its own tankers and sells it. The same works for lubricants, edible oil, chemicals or any goods you deliver yourself.

Questions, answered.

Can I record loading in litres and kilograms?

Yes. Record the loaded quantity in litres or kg. Bizznify converts between them with the density you enter, so the dispatch, the delivery and the invoice use the same quantity.

How does Bizznify handle transit loss in diesel?

You set an allowed loss % per product or per customer. At delivery, a loss within the limit is booked as normal transit loss. A loss above the limit opens a shortage case with the value to recover.

Does my stock go down at loading or at delivery?

You choose. With the dispatch setting, goods move to an In transit stock at loading and count as sold only when the delivery is confirmed.

Can I settle driver advances and trip expenses?

Yes. Advances, diesel, tolls and other trip costs are recorded per trip. The driver settlement shows the balance; once approved it is locked.

Does it make e-way bills and e-invoices?

E-way bill and e-invoice are coming soon.
