Godown staff see and move only their godown's stock. Branch staff bill only for their branch. You see all.
The problem
You have two or three godowns, maybe a second branch. Every user sees every godown's stock and bills, so a mistake in one godown shows up in another, and anyone can see or move stock that is not theirs.

A branch includes its godowns. A document with no branch or godown belongs to the Head Office, which always exists.

What about bills without a godown?
They belong to the Head Office. Users limited to the Head Office see them; others do not.
Do reports follow the limit too?
